September 25, 2023Her role with the Housing Authority was diverse, but included contractual work, policy drafting, union issues and grievances and a wide range of human resource related issues. Renee joined East Coast Risk Management in October 2013 as its General Counsel/Employment Law Consultant where she then began to focus exclusively on human resource and employment related issues.
Renee works closely with our clients to provide expert consultation and Human Resources services including legal review or development of policies, procedures and employment-related contracts, training employees or supervisors on any HR-related subjects, guidance or representation at unemployment or EEOC proceedings, consulting and participating in sensitive terminations, and much more.
