The Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, received through the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors is an extensive program consisted of five courses and exams over a period of five years. This designation indicates dedication to the insurance profession, in addition to a commitment to continuing education and client support.
Duncan Financial Group would like to congratulate Lisa Brown, Lead Personal Insurance Account Manager, on receiving her CIC designation.
Lisa joined Duncan Financial Group in February 1988. Not long after joining the staff, she became certified and earned the Customer Insurance Service Representative designation. As the Lead Personal Insurance Account Manager, she works with quoting and writing new business, as well as managing close to 500 clients. She also assists her department in problem-solving. Lisa enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them find the best insurance coverages for their needs.
Lisa is always looking to improve and challenge herself both personally and professionally. Her new designation will not only help her better understand the needs of her clients and provide superior customer service, but it has inspired her to increase her industry knowledge and pursue her Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation in the future.
