December Employee of the Month- Breann DeMoss

Please join us in congratulating Breann DeMoss for being selected as December’s Employee of the Month.

Breann has been on the Duncan team for a little over a year as a Marketing Associate.

In her nomination, it was stated that “Breann has a tremendous work ethic and vision to constantly enhance what we do on a day-to-day basis to really bring out the Duncan brand. She is exceptionally talented in creating marketing pieces that always blow away, not only our employees who ask for them but for the outside clients and vendors, who I have overheard make encoring comments about how great our pieces look.”  When asked about her work philosophy, Breann said, that “my work philosophy is to be a team player. I have found that when you work with an open mind and are receptive to the ideas of others the outcome is far greater. There is something to learn from everyone you meet, and by the same token, you have value to pass on to others. Hard work will always pay off but I firmly believe that collaboration is key, especially when working in a creative field!”

Breann lives in Greensburg and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a major in Communications.  During her time at Pitt she was involved with the Communication Honor Society, the Student Activities Board, Habitat for Humanity, and other extracurricular programs. When she is not working, Breann enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, watching Netflix and cooking.
