October Employee of the Month- Penny Brant

Please join us in congratulating Penny Brant for being selected as October’s Employee of the Month.

Penny has been on the Duncan team for 21 years as a Corporate Administrative Assistant, supporting just about everyone on the third floor. 

Penny received four nominations, among those, it was said that “Penny is always one to help out, and at her busiest time of the year (tax season) she wasn’t any different.  Penny is an exceptional and loyal employee to Duncan, always willing to do anything that is asked of her. We should all try to model ourselves after Penny. She is ALWAYS kind, professional, helpful and with a cute sense of humor.  She takes pride in her position here at DFG – and is always willing to go the extra mile for clients and fellow co-workers.”  When asked about her philosophy regarding work, Penny said, “Love what you do, leave home issues at home and always give 100%.  I love my job, I love the company, if I didn’t love it here, I wouldn’t have stayed for 21 years.

Penny lives in East McKeesport with her daughter, Vicki, and also has a son named, Joshua.  She also has a Cat, Lexi. In her spare time, Penny enjoys scrapbooking and spending time outdoors, especially at the Zoo, taking pictures. Penny, Congratulations on being selected October’s Employee of the Month!
