January Employee of the Month: Alizabeth Leng

Please join us in congratulating Alizabeth (Allie) Leng for being selected as January’s Employee of the Month. Allie has been with DFG for several years beginning as an intern for two summers creating graphics, writing blogs and posting social content. Upon graduation from school, Allie transitioned to a full-time position as the Digital Marketing Coordinator.

During Allie’s time with Duncan, she has assisted with the growth and initiatives of the marketing department, contributed to the company’s orientation program and added structure to our event coordination and sales meetings.

When asked about her philosophy regarding work, Allie said, “whatever you do, be passionate about it and give it your all. Marketing is my passion, I love learning new techniques and conceptualizing new pieces and strategies. I am constantly searching for new information, reading books throughout the year and looking into new certifications and workshops.”

In her free time, she is a member of the Pittsburgh Young Professionals and serves as the Public Relations Committee Chair.
