March Employee of the Month: Megan Loughman

Please join us in congratulating Megan Loughman for being selected as March’s Employee of the Month.  Although Megan has been with DFG for less than a year, she has made quite an impact on the Commercial Lines department as an Account Manager with her work and effort.  Her nomination included the following: She came in with a terrific attitude, a lot of knowledge and wasn’t afraid to take on any project.  She is courteous to the most difficult customers and interacts with the team seamlessly.  She is a huge asset to the company.

When asked about her philosophy regarding work, Megan said, “I make an effort to learn something new every day and help someone every day.  Whether it’s giving someone a smile, offering to help with the workload or just doing my job by helping a client with their questions or concerns, I can end the day feeling good about myself and what I do.  And for me, that’s really important.”  Megan lives in Scottdale with her 11-year-old son, Owyn, who she touts as the sweetest, funniest, most wonderful and energetic bundle of love that you could ever hope to meet and her kitten name Princess Moonflower.  In her free time, Megan likes to explore new cities and restaurants and the outdoors.  She also likes to visit friends and family, especially her niece who will be one this month.  Congratulations Megan!
