May Employee of the Month: Nancy Conners
May Employee of the Month

Please join us in congratulating Nancy Conners for being selected as May’s Employee of the Month.  Nancy has been with DFG for eight years.  Nancy started her career as an administrative assistant in the Plan Administration Department, subsequently became securities licensed and now works on the advisory side of retirement plan services and private wealth management.  Nancy’s nomination read as follows, “Nancy is very involved in the Duncan “community”. She is the team leader for Relay for Life, acting as our liaison with the organization and the Norwin School District. She also is highly involved in the Hospitality Committee, stepping up to organize events, encouraging her co-workers to get involved and going above and beyond what is asked of her. Nancy is also one of the easiest individuals to work with. She is timely with her requests, understanding of other commitments and deadlines, and she is thoughtful with her feedback and suggestions.

When asked about her philosophy regarding work, Nancy said, “I enjoy taking on new challenges and when I take on a project or assignment, I put 110% into it.  I have had the opportunity to work with and collaborate with many different people within the Duncan organization and I try my best to learn something from each one of them.  Nancy lives in North Huntingdon with her husband Brad, their two children Anna (10) and Logan (6), and dog, Bailey.  As stated in her nomination, Nancy heavily involved in many, if not all, Duncan social events and charitable causes.

Congratulations Nancy!
