November Employee of the Month- Rachel Botti

Please join us in congratulating Rachel Botti for being selected as November’s Employee of the Month.  Rachel has been with DFG for 6 years as an Account Manager in the Employee Benefits Department.

During Rachel’s tenure with Duncan, she has provided excellent customer service to clients playing an integral role in the establishment of ongoing business in the department.  As our own Account Manager for Group benefits here at Duncan, Rachel has gone above and beyond to assist employees with questions and issues.

When asked about her philosophy regarding work, Rachel said, “my philosophy on work and being successful consists of a strong work ethic, focus, organizational skills, dedication and the constant support & strength of my team members”.
